Payment must be received by the early bird registration deadline of 12:00 noon GMT on 31 January 2013 to qualify for the reduced rate.

All participants must complete and submit an online registration form. The 28th International Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and email address.

Group Registration

For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required.

Please click here to download the group registration form, once complete please send to MCI UK via email at [email protected] An account will then be created in the registration system and the group administrator will then have access to the registrations for tracking and modification purposes. (Please note that groups will not be confirmed until payment has been received.)
Letter of Invitation

If you require a formal letter of invitation for the purpose of a visa application, this will be sent by email only once full payment for your registration has been received. Please request your letter of invitation online when you register for the conference. If you do not have access to email, a letter can be sent by fax to you. Please contact the conference organisers. It is important that you apply for your visa at least 8 weeks prior to the conference to ensure that your Visa is accepted.

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline (early bird deadline 25 January 2013, advanced deadline 09 April 2013). To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made (please note that this is very important for us to identify payments).

(American Express is accepted, however you will need to select bank transfer as your payment method and call the conference secretariat by phone to process the payment. Please note that 5% is charged extra for American Express payments).

If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges. Cancellation and Modification Policy

All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 25 January 2013, reservations will be refunded less an administration fee (US$25.00 for full registrations, $10.00 for reduced registrations) for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

Modifications can be made at no charge up until 1 March 2013, after which a US$15.00 fee will be charged for each modification.
